Agent Studio overview
Understand Agent Studio and choose the shortest path to your first workflow.
Agent Studio gives you one place to design, govern, run, and inspect agent workflows. Developers can assemble reusable skills and directed agent graphs, while administrators can manage the organizational boundary, integrations, secrets, and operational controls that those workflows depend on.
Agent Studio is a self-hostable Next.js application with a visual canvas, schema-validated skills, versioned workflow resources, tool integrations, human approval gates, and execution traces. Start with a small skill, verify its result, and then add graph structure, integrations, or organization controls as the workflow requires them.

What you can do
How it works
The primary workflow moves from a governed definition to an observable run. A skill holds reusable instructions and limits; an agent graph adds explicit control flow when the task needs multiple nodes or branches. Tools provide external capabilities. An execution records the selected version's run, and an approval request can pause that run until a reviewer decides whether it may continue.
Personal resources belong to the signed-in user. Organization-scoped resources share a tenant boundary and apply membership and permission checks. This distinction matters when you create, execute, or integrate a workflow: choose the intended scope before other people depend on it.
You do not need every surface for a first result. Install the application, create one constrained skill, run it with synthetic input, and confirm the completed execution. Continue to the graph canvas only when the workflow needs explicit orchestration.
